How absurd. Does M H Tinsley, whose letter was published in The Chronicle on September 30 really put city sounds above the priority of saving lives or helping others? Is it really considered possible that one sounding horn, amongst the many others in our traffic bound city, will attract the prompt attention of other drivers to then seek out a vehicle with a flashing light?
