FIAT has worked its own special brand of magic again with the launch of the open-roofed version of the 500, a car which picked up its 31st industry award this month after becoming one of the most chic and sought-after small cars on the planet - a proven style icon very early in its own lifetime.

As the recent UK press launch proved, the Italian company can currently do no wrong, with cars across their entire range flying out of showrooms, jet-propelled on the back of the Cinquecento's incredible success, which has already seen 360,000 units find homes in 59 countries.
