Summary


This Remembrance Sunday the nation led by Her Majesty will pay tribute to al those who have given their lives in conflict.

As we lower our eyes during the Ode to the Fallen, let us remember all the good things our courageous servicemen and women did for our great country. And let us also remember those heroic members of society who suffered mentally during the war and for years thereafter. I here refer to the mothers, wives and sweethearts of those servicemen and women who became prisoners of war - especially those of a cruel enemy in the far east.
