Summary
After reading the letter of PEAT about cleanliness at the RUH on February 18, I felt I had to write the following, as my husband had to attend a clinic in January.
I had to use the toilet facilities close to the main entrance. As I went in, the floor had a great deal of fluff and dust that had collected behind the inner door, and the hand drier needed a good clean from drips that had dried on the inside of the main part.See the full content of this document
