Well it's certainly been an unusual spring for the property market, with a number of hurdles for potential buyers and sellers to jump over or steer round on their way to coms pleting a property sale or purchase.
The late winter snow certainly put back any opportunity for estate agents to display "business as usual" signs in their office windows during January.
